Apple is one of the favourite fruit in our planet. It is red in colour and oval shape. It is a delicious fruit. Apples come in a variety of colours, including lime green, golden yellow, burgundy, and chocolate brown. Apple contains only about 70 to 80 calories Most of the people are interested this fruit. It can prevent heart disorders, stomach disorders, gallstones, live disorders, anemia and diabetes.
Nowdays , most of the doctor to prefer apple because it can easily digest in the stomach and also pregnant ladies should be eating an apple regularly because of health benefits of child. Apples are low calories. It is also improve heart health, regulate body’s blood sugar levels and metabolic levels.
Apples contain full of fibre called pectin. A medium-sized apple offers about four grams of fibre. Pectin is classified  as a soluble, fermentable and viscous fibre, a combination that gives apples a huge list of health benefits.


BENEFITS OF APPLES IN HEALTH:  

    

        
Apples are antioxidant phytonutrients flavonoids and polyphenolics. It helps to protect from harmful effects of free radicals.
It contains vitamin C and B carotene. Vitamin C helps to develop resistant against infectious agents. Apple contain some quantites of minerals like potassium, phosphorous  and calcium. It helps to controlling heart rate and blood pressure.
One of the important benefits of apple is to prevent cancer. Most of the cancer patient take apple fruits because easily digest and get some energy in our body. Their earlier research found that extracts from whole apples can reduce the number and size of mammary tumours in rats. The National Cancer Institute in the U.S. has recommended a high fibre intake to reduce the risk of colorectal cancer.
Apples are treat anemia. Anemia is full and full of haemoglobin based. It can be increasing your iron strength also.
Apples are control diabetes also. This fruit is an essential part of diabetes. Apples can reduce carbohydrates of our body and also reduce blood sugar level.
It can prevent dental. Apples can eatting to clean our tooth and gums. It can reduce cavities of the teeth. When we can eat apples to  prevent against antibacterial disease.
Apples are low level cholesterol. It can prevent heart disease. It is strong defensive mechanism against cardiovascular disease.
Lung is one of the part of our body. Apple helps to improve the health of the lungs. Regularly use apple fruits in your diet it helps to lower risk for respiratory diseases, including asthma, bronchitis, and emphysema.
Liver is one of the important part in our body. Liver is responsible to remove toxin content in our body. Regularly eat an apple fruit to help detoxify your liver. 
Apples contain minerals like magnesium, potassium, copper, and calcium. It helps to lowering hair loss. Apple contains procyanidin, a natural compound that encourages the protein to promote hair growth. Regularly eat an apple to get long and lustrous hair.
Apples contain the flavonoid quercetin. It helps to improve the immunity level and also contains high levels of interleukin, a compound that induces the creation of infection fighting cells.
