DATES

The fruit is sweet and delicious fruit. It is oval to cylindrical shape. The ripe dates are golden yellow, amber, bright-red to deep brown depending on the cultivar type. The fruit contains oil, calcium, sulfur, iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, copper, niacin and vitamin like vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin k. “Khajoor” in Hindi, “pericham pazam” in Tamil, “kharjuramu” in Telugu, “Eentha pazam” in Malayalam, “khajur” in Gujarati.
Dates traveled to South west Asia, Spain, and Northern Africa. It also taken to Mexico and California. They are at least 400 varieties of dates in the world. It was three board types. That is soft, semi-dry, and dry. The type of fruit depends on the glucose, fructose, and sucrose content.

They are 4 to 5 inches. The leaves are 4-6 meters. The date trees are no different. Types of dates are Amir Hajj, Saidy, Khadrawy, and Medjool. Dates used to make jams, table jellies, soft cheese, yoghurts, wine and etc. it used for Unani and Siddha in Ayurvedhic.

       Dates – uses

Strengthen Bones

                The dates contain minerals, manganese, copper and magnesium. It was debilitating diseases like osteoporosis. It was strengthening bones and fighting painful.

Treat Anemia

                Dates have high mineral content. It treats anemia. It was increasing energy. It was decreases feeling of fatigues and sluggishness.

Treat Allergies

                The dates presence of organic sulfur in them. It reduces allegoric reaction and seasonal allergeries.  

Weight gain

                It contains consist of sugar, proteins and many essential vitamins. It protects your weight. It boosts your health.

Constipation

                Those who have constipation problem can get rid of the bitter fruit in water at night, if you get up early in the morning and avoid eating this problem. Because this fruit is rich in protein and other nutrients. Also, if the fibre is present, the constipation problem will be adjusted.

Visible disadvantage

                Dates are rich in vitamin A and anti-oxidants. Therefore because of the high viscosity of the eye, the night vision is preventable.

Use for pregnancy

                Dates are rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and selenium. These are nutrients needed for all the fetal development. These are more iron in it. So when you are pregnant if you eat too much, the amount of blood in your body will be less protects.

Gastroin testinal

                Dates contain calcium, vitamin B5,fiber, vitamin B3, phosphorus, potassium and fiber. If you eat dates every day, it will be okay if you have any problems in gut.

                Dates are good for brain. It also improves the speed and alertness of brain activity. It keeps their mind sharp
