FISH GRAVY AND FISH FRY

                Fish is the best food in sea food. Fish is really nutrious food. it has many varieties. It eats by children to older. It spicy to eat. It have lot of benefits for health. there are three types of fish. That is oily fish, white fish and shell fish.
 fish contains a lot of vitamins , minerals and is mainly rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids help keep the body’s metabolism smooth. It used for cure to asthma, cancer, diabetes, memory loss, stress, view disorder ,miscarry arthritis. It good for heart, brain, eyes and skin. it controls cholesterol level.

 

Fish Gravy

How to make fish gravy?



Ingredients:

   Ayira Fish - 1/2 kg
                Small onion - 250 grams (peeled)
                Tomato - 2 (chopped)
                Garlic – 10 teaspoons
                Chilly powder - 2 teaspoon
   Garlic powder - 2 tablespoons
                Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
                salad dal - 12 / teaspoon
                Fennel - 1/4 teaspoon
                Curry leaves - Mint
   Tambour - Small Lemon
                Salt - Needed
   Oil –The required amount
                Coriander - A little (to decorate)

 Grinding ...

 Rust Warm coconut - 3 tablespoons
 chili – 3

 Recipe:  

First you need to keep your Aryan fish clean and clean. Soak the water in the water for about 1/2 hours to take the juice. Mix the coconut and dried in the mix well and gently grind. Then put saffron in the oven and pour the oil into it, add mustard, mustard seeds, dill, curry leaves, garlic and onions and fry well. Then add tomato and salt and mix well. Then add chilly powder, coriander powder and then pour it on the turmeric powder and boil well to get green flavor. Then add the grated coconut on it, salt to taste and leave to boil the green smell, then put it in a boil for 5 minutes and pour it out, sprinkle the pumpkin. And serve it hot with rice.

How to make fish fry?

                      Fish fry is the most famous in chettinad. Chettinad offers different types of non vegetarian.its spicy and delicious. chettinad masla has unique flavor.



                         
       

 ingredients:


 Fish - 1/2 kg

Chilli powder - 4 spoon

Uniformed - 5 spoon

Turmeric - 1 spoon

Lemon coconut - 1

Pepper - 2 spoon

Dried chilli - 4

Mustard - 1 spoon

Seaweed - 3 spoon

Blush - 3 spoon

Curry leaves - 2 buns

Oil - the required amount

Salt - the required amount

Method:

 Wash the fish well and keep it clean. Add chilli powder, honey, turmeric, salt and lemon juice to the paste and put the fish in it well. Keep at least 1 hour.

 Add pepper, dried chilli, mustard, Bengal gram dal, urad dal, curry leaves, roasted oil and it makes powder.

Take the fried fish in this grinder with a frying fish on both sides of the fridge and pour the oven in the sauce, the oil in the oven and put it in the oven sim. Get chetti nad fish fry. Serve it with lemon and onion.
